Evelyn has over 18 years of experience working within a local college and delivering personal development courses to people with multiple issues and barriers. This includes people with substance misuse, homeless, ex-offenders, victims of domestic abuse, literacy problems, long term unemployed. Evelyn has worked in conjunction with public sector organisations to deliver courses such as Take the Lead and the FAIR program. These courses involved working with people wishing to return to employment but sadly lacked skills, confidence amongst many other issues. Most recently working with S4 school leavers delivered a highly successful course (Innov8 ‘’Your Way’). Evelyn has built up an excellent reputation with Fife Council programs sub-contracted to Fife College and now Innov8, gaining over 12 years of proven success.
Our key trainers have Business Degrees, Evelyn also holds a Psychology Degree. In addition Evelyn is a qualified STEPS Facilitator for The Pacific Institute delivering the STEPS program, delivering to both corporate and public sector companies with excellent results and outcomes achieved.
In addition to this Sarah has over 10 years of experience within the media business, helping people in business to engage with their audiences. She was a Sponsorship and Promotions Manager for a world leading media company, creating many award winning and pioneering campaigns. Sarah made it onto the prestigious top 10 list of senior managers within media group UK and winning the ‘One to Watch’ Media Award in 2015. She also has an excellent proven record in training creative sales and content teams. Sarah has developed her own creative marketing and training company which attracts a strong client base.
